The execution of a work goes far beyond periodic visits to the site to ensure
that the correct techniques and materials are being used. Especially when
It also aims to manage/administrate the enterprise.
Researching material prices, delivery times, breakdown of product characteristics
materials and coordination of outsourced teams are among the main control items.
Among them, the following can be highlighted:
Materials and equipment:

Monitoring the material acquisition process: choice of suppliers, specification, budget, purchase and delivery time;

Monitoring the equipment rental process foreseen in the schedule

physical-financial, to ensure the correct continuation of the work, analyzing the supplier company's ability to assume technical responsibility and fulfill its obligations related to the operation and maintenance of equipment;

Monitor the receipt of materials, handling and correct storage;
-
Monitor material consumption and make comparisons between quantities and costs established in the budget.
Services:

Monitor the contracting process for outsourced services: description of the services to be contracted, choice of suppliers based on their technical and physical capabilities, budget and contracting;

Assessment of supplier performance, based on compliance with physical planning and quality control;

Supervise and control the use of personal and collective protective equipment (PPE and EPC) and work safety devices by employees, in accordance with the Occupational Health Medical Control Programs (PCMSO) of each outsourced supplier and the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA ) of each enterprise;.
Construction site:

Monitoring the evolution of the organization of the construction site in accordance with the physical schedule of the project, observing: the areas intended for the movement of people, the storage of materials and the production centers.
Wproduction control:

Assessment of the flow of services and the existence of interference between work carried out by different suppliers in meetings with clients, suppliers of materials and services, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on the speed of execution of the work, complexity and physical-financial schedule. ;

Verification of delay trends by analyzing the speed of execution of services, establishing goals to comply with the physical schedule without loss of quality;

Measure completed services for payment to suppliers, in accordance with the service measurement system established in the PQO - Work Quality Plan;

Weekly presentation to customers of a report regarding the amounts paid in the previous week and forecast for the following weeks, in order to allow monitoring of the project's financial schedule;
-
Periodic and sampling inspections of services and materials, in accordance with the inspection and acceptance criteria established in the service execution procedures (PES) and material control procedures (PCM), recording on specific forms;
-
Necessary corrective actions in case of identification of failures and non-conformities.
